[bug] Caller name not shown

Since the update to 3.2.0.x (EA) I have noticed that when contacts call me the phone UI doesn't always show me their stored name and only after I hang up do I see their name in the call history. While ringing and during the active call the UI will just show the phone number as if the person is not stored in my contacts. I'm more then happy to try and help trouble shoot this if you tell me how. (I have a lot of contacts stored [more then 1000], some in "full format" +countrycode-area-number and others just as area-number) Edit: This happens for both types of numbers (+cc-ac-n and ac-n) and seems to be as pointed out in one of the comments only for the first time someone calls.
